His focus will be on expanding S&W’s value creation advisory offering and enhancing the firm’s M&A services, while also cultivating trusted advisor relationships with clients.

S&W partner and transaction services head Mark Benka stated: “I am thrilled that Jonathan has joined the transaction services team at S&W to further broaden our capabilities and expertise in value creation to support our clients in making their deals successful.

“His vast experience and proven track record across a variety of situations will be invaluable to clients, such as identifying synergies and cost or efficiency improvements and critically, through to implementation.”
