Before joining S&W, Singh founded the tax valuation practice at Eight Advisory in London. She previously led the tax valuation team at KPMG.

Her arrival adds specialist expertise to S&W’s valuations and modelling group, which advises on client transactions, tax‑driven restructurings and internal reorganisations.

Singh said: “S&W has a strong heritage in tax, combined with an entrepreneurial and agile mindset that allows the firm to evolve alongside its clients and the market.

“The opportunity to join the leadership team within the valuations and modelling team and help create a clear market differentiator was a compelling one. A culture of collaboration and shared expertise ultimately delivers the best outcomes for clients.”

In her new role, Singh will collaborate with S&W’s advisory and tax practices to develop the company’s tax valuation capabilities for its client base.

S&W Valuations and Modelling head Olivier Pecon said: “I am delighted to welcome Pavan to the team. We have seen sustained growth over the past five years and now have a 45‑strong team.

“Pavan’s depth of experience in tax valuations will be invaluable as we continue to broaden our offering for a growing UK and international client base.

“Her arrival follows our recent expansion in Europe, our investment in intellectual property valuation and the recruitment of several senior tax partners, further strengthening S&W’s tax expertise and capability both in the UK and internationally.”

S&W recently reached an agreement to acquire Vachon, a Paris-based accountancy practice. Founded in 1997, Vachon offers audit, accounting, tax, payroll and advisory services.
