Shaw Gibbs has named Brian Clifford as accounts partner in its Sutton office, UK to bolster account management and internal mentoring.
Clifford brings more than 20 years’ experience working with owner-managed businesses across several sectors, including publishing, manufacturing, property, and not-for-profit organisations.

For most of his career, Clifford worked at a London-based practice, spending four years as a partner.
His appointment is expected to further strengthen Shaw Gibbs’ accounts services, enhance client advisory offerings, and support the mentoring of future leaders within the firm.

Earlier in 2025, Shaw Gibbs appointed Campbell Smith as chief financial officer (CFO), following John Williams.
Williams played a role in the company’s progress after Apiary Capital invested in November 2022.
During John Williams’ tenure as CFO, Shaw Gibbs saw its revenue rise from £10m ($12.1m) to over £55m ($66.5m), alongside the growth of its finance team.
