SAX, a US-based accounting and tax firm, has promoted three of its executives to partner status, effective from 1 January 2025.
The company noted that Matthew Bernocchi, Igor Petrovic, and Joseph Saverino have contributed to the firm’s growth and the advancement of its clients’ interests.

Bernocchi brings more than ten years of financial planning experience to his new role.
He has worked with company owners and employees who receive equity, focusing on tax minimisation and risk reduction.
Bernocchi is also committed to educating clients across all financial planning areas, the company stated.
Petrovic advises SAX’s Consumer Products clients, guiding them through audit processes, operational efficiencies, distribution, inventory management, and compliance.
His involvement extends to the firm’s Construction and Financial Services practices, where he offers specialised accounting, auditing, tax, and consulting services.
Saverino offers accounting, auditing, tax, and advisory services, particularly within the construction industry.
He also supports clients with financial management aspects such as bonding capacity, lines of credit, accounting software implementation, cash flow management, and strategic financial and tax planning.
