Russell Bedford adds Saudi Arabian advisory company to network

Russell Bedford International has broadened its global presence with the addition of Saudi Arabian practice Al-Dulaijan Professional Consultancy.

Al-Dulaijan Professional Consultancy, founded in 2022 and based in Al Khobar, delivers services spanning audit and assurance, financial consulting, valuation and transaction support.

The company’s service portfolio also covers accounting, bankruptcy, financial restructuring and mergers and acquisitions (M&A)-related services.

Al-Dulaijan Professional Consultancy founder Abdulrahman Abdullah Al-Dulaijan said: “Joining Russell Bedford International is an important step for our firm.

The practice focuses on Saudi Arabia’s regulatory landscape and domestic compliance obligations and works with International Financial Reporting Standards for small and medium-sized enterprises.

It works with clients from various sectors, providing advisory support tailored to local requirements.

The company, established in 2013 by partners Luis Casamitjana and Vicente Iborra, operates from two offices in Alicante and Elche.
