Accountancy firm RSM UK has appointed Chris Robson as its new employment tax partner and national Fair Pay lead.
Robson’s appointment comes ahead of new employer regulations being introduced by the Government’s Fair Work Agency in April next year.

He holds qualifications as a chartered accountant and tax adviser, with over 20 years’ experience working with employers on various pay and compliance matters.
His background includes advising a range of organisations across the UK on fair pay, with particular attention to compliance and equality issues, and he has held senior positions at PwC and Deloitte, where he contributed to expanding services connected to fair pay and worker rights.
Robson’s work includes aligning employment tax matters with employment law requirements in areas such as national minimum wage compliance, gender pay gap reporting, holiday pay and equal pay.

Within RSM UK, Robson will be responsible for leading the firm’s Fair Pay advisory services.
He will collaborate closely with the employment legal team to provide coordinated advice on regulatory compliance and employment rights.
His focus will be on supporting both large and mid-sized organisations across sectors including retail, hospitality, health, manufacturing and logistics.
