RSM US, an assurance, tax, and consulting services provider, has announced significant changes to its executive leadership team.

The strategic move is aimed at fostering new perspectives and driving the firm’s digital and global ambitions.

Sam Mascareno will succeed Bill Gorman as chief operating officer, overseeing enterprise operations and driving RSM’s strategic priorities across the US, Canada, India, and El Salvador.

Mascareno served as enterprise markets leader and West region leader since joining the executive team in 2017.

Brandon Rucker will take over from Joel Shamon as enterprise assurance leader, tasked with leading the assurance line of business, including strategy development and execution.

Rucker most recently held the role of assurance operations leader and chaired the RSM US LLP Board of Directors.

Stuart Taub will assume the role of enterprise markets and industry leader, focusing on the firm’s growth, culture objectives, and overall industry strategy.

Ericka Foster will join the team as first deputy general counsel of the firm, managing the operations of the general counsel’s office and advising on a wide range of firm-wide legal matters.

Rod Reimann has been appointed as enterprise sales leader and will leading a team responsible for generating over $1bn in annual revenues for RSM.

Maria Severino, appointed as enterprise tax growth and industry leader and Canada tax leader, will drive strategic growth, foster collaboration, and set the strategic direction for RSM’s tax practice in Canada.
