As well as achieving its highest-ever member satisfaction score of 87%, PrimeGlobal’s combined revenue increased by 27%, reflecting its dedicated support to member firms and their clients through a time of rapid transformation.
Overall, the average revenue per firm increased by more than 20% in 2023/24, with the Latin American region experiencing a particularly robust total revenue growth of 44%. PrimeGlobal also achieved record geographical reach with five new countries, growing to 313 member firms in 1,211 locations with over 45,000 staff.
Commenting on this, PrimeGlobal CEO, Steve Heathcote, said: “This significant growth is extremely positive and rewarding to see. We believe our greatest strength is our ability to listen, it’s the collective insights from diverse member firms that enables us to target our strategic support and form collaborations to facilitate growth in a rapidly transforming landscape. Together, we’re far greater than the sum of our parts.”
Winner of the IAB Sustainability Initiative Award, for the fourth time since 2020, PrimeGlobal has introduced its own sustainability awards programme. The ‘Golden Globes’ will identify and share the most pioneering and successful sustainability and AI initiatives around the world. Extending the depth and breadth of insight-sharing in technology and AI, sustainability, and future talent is a key strategic focus for PrimeGlobal.
Heathcote concluded: “We’ll build on our success, feedback and insights to keep enhancing our member support. We’ll extend our knowledge-sharing, further develop our digital capabilities to connect talented professionals, and celebrate and nurture talent and innovation through initiatives like our Golden Globes awards and Workation.”
