In a statement, PKF O’Connor Davies said DelValle joins the company from a “national accounting and advisory firm”, where he was managing director and concentrated on tax consulting for real estate owners.

Before that, he spent 16 years at another national accounting and advisory practice, where he advanced from senior tax accountant to a director position.

Overall, DelValle has more than 25 years of experience in tax planning, compliance and consulting, with a particular focus on real estate and partnership taxation.

He has advised commercial and residential real estate owners, as well as high-net-worth individuals and their businesses, on a wide range of tax planning and consulting issues.

His appointment is part of PKF O’Connor Davies’ efforts to strengthen its Real Estate Tax practice and expand its capacity to support clients in a changing market, the statement added.

Commenting on the hire, PKF O’Connor Davies Tax Service Line leader Benjamin A Beskovic said: “Anthony’s extensive experience in real estate taxation and his deep understanding of partnership structures make him a strong addition to our team.

“His ability to deliver practical, tailored solutions to clients fully aligns with our commitment to provide quality service for a wide variety of individuals and organisations across our real estate tax practice.”

PKF O’Connor Davies is a member of PKF Global, an international network of accountancy practices.

Earlier this month, PKF O’Connor Davies appointed Thomas R. Lemon as a partner in its commercial tax practice.
