PIA Group, an accountancy and audit advisory group, has expanded its operational footprint in the Brussels and Walloon Brabant regions in Belgium through the integration of IXO Facto.
IXO Facto specialises in accountancy and tax consultancy, employing a 20-person workforce across two locations in Dion-le-Val and Ixelles.

The business primarily caters to small and medium-sized enterprises, entrepreneurs and independent professionals.
Formed in 2021 through the combination of two accounting practices, IXO Facto traces its roots to a business founded in 1991 by Jean-François Lepeut.
The company is currently directed by his son, Corentin Lepeut, alongside partners Florence Mullaert, Arnaud Ninane and Salvatore Stancampiano.
As part of the transaction, all four partners are set to become shareholders in PIA Group.
The practice advises clients across several industries including hospitality, healthcare, information technology, construction and real estate.
The integration into PIA Group is expected to create new opportunities for both the company’s personnel and its clientele.
The inclusion of IXO Facto represents the latest phase of PIA Group’s domestic expansion in Belgium. It is PIA Group’s 57th member practice in the country.
Concurrently, the organisation is maintaining the development of its network of local member businesses across Germany and the Netherlands.
