MSI Global Alliance has added South African firms Newtons and Smit Sewgoolam.
Bloemfontein based Newtons has a combined staff of 56 and offers accounting and auditing services to its mostly local client base.
Smith Sewgoolam is a legal practise headquartered in Johannesburg. The seven partner firm offers corporate and commercial legal services.
Chief executive of MSI Global Alliance Donal Watkin said the move "recognises the growing strategic importance of the wider Southern African marketplace to the international investor community."
