Moore Stephens North America (MSNA) has elected Lou Grassi as its board chair.
Grassi is chief executive officer and managing partner of New York based Grassi & Co, a Moore Stephens member firm, and has also served as vice chair of the MSNA board in the past.

In his role, Grassi will be responsible for helping drive the strategic direction of the North American region of Moore Stephan and will participate in the Moore Stephens International committee, which sets global strategies and policies.
Grassi’s term will be three years, and he has replaced Andy Armanino, who will continue to sit on Moore Stephens International policy committee.
