HLB International has just signed three member firms to its network.
Chinese firm, Liaoning Zhongheng CPAs, has 130 based in Shenyang specialising in audit, tax and consulting services.
HLB International said Liaoning Zhongheng CPAs will strengthen the networks developed presence in the country, where member firm Wu Zhou Song De CPAs recently doubled in size following a success merger.
