Grant Thornton International (GTI) has entered into an alliance with local firm PT GNV Consulting Services (GNV) in Indonesia and has merged with Excellence Consulting Group in Senegal.
Jakarta based GNV specialises in tax advisory services, has 12 partners and hires 160 staff.

Meanwhile, GTI has merged with Excellence Consulting Group in Senegal hoping to enhance advisory capabilities, according to the network.
Early in the year GTI merged with local firms TickMark in Italy; and Fintis and Rebahale in South Africa.
More recently, Grant Thornton South Africa’s Johannesburg office announced the merge with PKF Johannesburg, effective 1 July.
