The union of Prager & Fenton and Metis Group forms 140 professional staff and 30 partners firm offering assurance, tax and consulting services.
Prager Metis International now has offices in New York , Los Angeles, Basking Ridge (New Jersey), Armonk (New York), Plainview(New York) and London.
"Our aim is to focus on growing our presence both nationally and internationally through new niches, as well as expanding existing niche practices," explained Metis Group managing partner Glenn Friedman.
The new Swiss member firm has 33 professionals in offices located in Basel, Berne and Zurich.
