Eide Bailly, a US member of HLB International, has acquired Voller, Lee, Suess & Associates a North Dakota-based accounting and tax firm.
The deal effective 1 December will add $2.6m to Eide Bailley’s $158m annual revenue reported in the year to May 2012, according to the company.
