Kreston International US member firm CBIZ has acquired consultancy firm PHBV, the regulatory health care consulting arm of CliftonLarsonAllen, a Nexia International member.
PHBV provides consulting and accounting services specialising in health care compliance on behalf of federal and state government agencies.

The acquisition of PHBV is to increase CBIZ’s revenues by $30m and add 185 staff across six offices.
The acquisition follows the decision by CliftonLarsonAllen to exit the market for government health care services.
