BDO Canada has merger with management consulting firm Interis Consulting.
Interis has 50 staff providing planning and performance, transformation and change, risk and compliance services.
BDO Canada said Interis mainly provides services to the financial services sector and the firm’s employees will join BDO’s Ottawa and Montreal office.

BDO Canada chief executive Keith Farlinger said the union will serve as another positive step in the firm’s mission to grow and provide world-class accounting and advisory services.
