Baker Tilly International US member firm Habif, Arogeti & Wynne (HA&W) and JRZ have merged.
HA&W is based in Atlanta,Georgia and provides tax, accounting and business consulting services specialising in the real estate industry. JRZ is also based in Atlanta and provides tax services.

The merged organisation will focus mainly on commercial real estate tax.
HA&W’s chief executive and managing partner Richard Kopelman said the combination will bolster the firms practice.
