The service offers a combination of education, planning, and practical application, targeting both firm leadership and employees.

Kiingo CEO Ross Hartman commented: “Together with Netgain, we’re giving firms the tools and framework to adopt AI assistants, not just once, but in a repeatable, controlled way.

“By focusing on real-world workflows and measurable outcomes, we help firms move past experimentation into operational scale.”

The suite includes a six-session training programme designed to familiarise staff with core concepts of AI, as well as specific generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.

Participants also learn about secure practices and develop practical skills, including prompt engineering and readiness planning for AI deployment within their work.

Another element of the initiative involves collaborating with firms to outline specific strategies for AI implementation.

This aspect of the initiative provides organisations with documents detailing their AI strategy and vision, a framework for governance and risk management, and a roadmap that spans 12 to 18 months.

Additionally, Netgain’s services include assessments to identify where AI could have the impact within areas such as audit, tax, client service, and internal operations.

Firms will receive guidance in prioritising these opportunities and creating pilot projects with an emphasis on clear returns.

These offerings are organised under Netgain’s structured framework for AI adoption.

The process begins by assessing a firm’s readiness and developing a tailored roadmap. It then moves into a phase where select use cases are trialled to measure potential benefits before broader integration.

The final stage focuses on expanding successful solutions across the organisation to support ongoing productivity improvements and consistent governance.

Netgain Technology CEO Sumeet Sabharwal stated: “Our AI enablement services are built specifically to give accounting firm leaders and staff the training, strategy and pilot capabilities they need to adopt AI safely and effectively without losing focus on their core service delivery.”
