
US-based NB Advisors, a fourth-generation family-owned accounting firm, has expanded its operations to Hammonton, New Jersey.
Headquartered in Philadelphia, the firm provides a suite of customised accounting services.
It aims to cater to the needs of the local business community with offerings that include tax planning, bookkeeping, and strategic chief financial officer (CFO) advisory.
The company has identified Hammonton as a growing economic hub, citing a 3.16% increase in employment from 2021 to 2022, with a workforce now numbering 7,530.
The town’s economic vitality is attributed to its largest industries: health care and social assistance, educational services, and retail trade.
New Jersey experienced a 16.5% employment decline in April 2020, the state and Hammonton are noted to have bounced back, with a 2.27% increase in employment year-over-year as of February 2023.
