MGI Worldwide, a global association of independent audit firms, has added Dublin-based accountancy company MGI Ryan as a new member firm in the UK and Ireland region.
MGI Ryan, which has been operating since 1933, provides services including assurance, audit, taxation, corporate finance, business development and corporate recovery.

The firm caters to a diverse client base, including local businesses and international companies seeking services that large accounting firms may not provide.

In March 2025, MGI Worldwide expanded in Latin America with the addition of São Paulo-based MGI CMP, which has been in operation for more than 40 years and adopted the MGI prefix.
