KPMG, a ServiceNow Global Elite partner, has launched its Global Business Services (GBS) with KPMG Velocity, a new offering that utilises AI to enhance the productivity of various corporate functions.
The solution is built on the ServiceNow AI Platform and aims to optimise operational workflows in areas such as finance, human resources, procurement and IT.

The GBS is designed to provide clients with a digital platform for the application of AI and human agents, facilitated by ServiceNow technology.
It seeks to assist clients in creating intelligent and resilient enterprises by combining the knowledge and expertise of KPMG firms with AI capabilities.
The platform features include the integration of ServiceNow Agents and personnel to deliver value to enterprises, either through transformation programmes or managed services.
The ServiceNow AI platform underpinning GBS with KPMG Velocity includes tools such as ServiceNow AI Agent Studio for the development and management of AI agents and workflows, and ServiceNow AI Control Tower for overseeing AI initiatives.

In addition, KPMG is collaborating with ServiceNow to advance generative AI technology, with the goal of enhancing the skills and knowledge of KPMG professionals to support client AI implementations.
KPMG UK has taken early steps in Europe to implement ServiceNow AI Agents in a live setting, aiming to improve the efficiency of internal business services.
Recently, KPMG reduced its US audit division workforce by 195 positions, which represents just over 2% of its audit staff in the country, as reported by Bloomberg.
