HB&O, with offices located in Birmingham, Coventry and Leamington, England, has named Mathew Neal as head of accounts in Coventry.
This announcement forms part of ongoing personnel changes across departments, with several individuals moving into senior roles.

Mathew Neal, who has been working at HB&O since 2003, will now lead the audit and accounts department in Coventry.
The Coventry office operates from Severn Stars House and currently has 15 professionals, including chartered accountants, business growth consultants and financial advisers.
Across all locations, HB&O employs 100 people.
Seven other members of the audit and accounts team across the three offices have also received promotions.

Sophie Butteriss from Leicestershire has become Accounts Semi Senior following the completion of her ACCA exams and recognition as a chartered accountant.
Four trainee accountants—Anu Muthulingam, Lewis Hogan, Neelam Marwaha and Sophie French—have moved up to a more senior grade through the apprentice trainee accountant programme as part of their training progression.
Other departments have seen staff advance roles as well.
In the virtual finance office (VFO) team, Matt King from Coventry is now VFO senior manager while Louis Scallon, also from Coventry, has moved to a higher grade within his managerial responsibilities.
Within the tax team, Chris Sudbury from Leamington and Thomas Callis from Atherstone have both been promoted into more senior positions as part of this set of appointments.
