The new headquarters was officially opened at an event attended by Deloitte UK CEO Darren Graves and West Midlands Mayor Richard Parker. It will support more than 1,000 people working across the region.

Deloitte Midlands practice senior partner Juliet Halfhead said: “The Midlands remains one of the country’s most dynamic regions for business, innovation and investment.

“From major real estate and infrastructure programmes to advances in manufacturing and technology, organisations across the region are driving growth here, and across the UK.

“We are committed to playing a central role in that story, and our new home reflects our confidence in the region’s future.

“The space creates an environment where our people can develop their skills and careers, build stronger relationships with clients and contribute to some of the most significant projects shaping the future of the Midlands.”

Deloitte said the One Centenary Way building aligns with its sustainability objectives. It uses an electric heating and hot water system, while its floorplates provide SMART access to building services.

The relocation follows recruitment and promotion activity within Deloitte’s Midlands practice.

This autumn, the company welcomed 90 people through its graduate, BrightStart apprenticeship and industrial placement programmes.

In June, Deloitte made 295 promotions in the Midlands, including the appointment of two partners and 11 directors.

Deloitte recently launched an AI-native solution called Risk Clarity, designed to support organisations across the enterprise risk life cycle through agentic capabilities.
