UK-based Cooper Parry has appointed Liz Ross-Jones as audit partner, along with the promotions of Holly Green and David Fotheringham as partners.
Liz Ross-Jones joins Cooper Parry’s audit team after working for 20 years at PwC.

Her career includes experience with listed businesses, privately owned and equity-backed companies, and subsidiaries of foreign organisations in sectors such as food and drink, manufacturing, and energy.
She has worked on GAAP conversions, company sales, acquisitions and finance systems changes in the past.
Ross-Jones will work alongside Arif Ahmad, who also moved from PwC in September, as the firm pursues growth in Yorkshire and the North East.

Holly Green became part of Cooper Parry in April 2022.
The firm notes that she has assisted in increasing the size of big business audit and has secured group audit assignments involving complex structures.
David Fotheringham began his time with Cooper Parry in the Midlands 12 years ago.
He is said to have contributed to developing what was an early-stage operation into a provider for technology and high-growth businesses in London.
