CLA Global, an international association of independent accounting and advisory companies, has added Bulgarian operators Simbula and Existra to its network.
Both practices will gradually adopt the CLA Global branding in the coming months and operate under the name CLA Bulgaria.

Once complete, CLA Bulgaria will have a team of more than 40 professionals and six partner-level leaders, working from two offices in Sofia.
The company will deliver audit, advisory, tax, legal and outsourcing services.
The company’s sector coverage will include agriculture, consumer products, education, energy and natural resources, financial services, fintech, government and the wider public sector, and manufacturing and distribution.
The company also works with clients in media and entertainment, not-for-profit (charities), professional services, real estate and construction, retail and technology.
