Gott’s appointment comes as BKL expanded its senior leadership and technical expertise in 2025, both within the tax team and across the wider business, the company noted.

BKL CEO Lee Brook said: “I am proud to welcome Kate to her next chapter at BKL. Her dedication to growth – our clients’, our tax practice’s and her own – make her an excellent addition to our senior leadership team.

“I know that Kate will continue to earn loyalty through her strong relationships and expert advice.”

In October, Anoop Rehal was named advance business services partner, while Aron Kleiman was promoted to head of audit excellence.
