BDO, an accountancy advisory firm based in Southampton, has promoted 66 employees at its Central South office to recognise growth and support skills development in the region, reported Bdaily.
Nearly 2,000 employees have progressed within BDO’s national team, including 24 individuals, who have been appointed as partners.

The number of external partners hired since January 2025, stands at 16, bringing the total partnership in the UK to more than 500.
The firm reopened its Ocean Village office in the Central South after undergoing a major refurbishment.
Nationally, over one-third of new partners are based outside London.
Women represent 40% of the newly promoted partners, aligning with BDO’s commitment under the Women in Finance Charter to increase female partnership to thirty percent by 2030.
