Azets, a provider of accountancy and business advisory services, has made 122 mid-year promotions across various levels within its UK operations.

These include the appointments of ten new partners and directors.

Significantly, 60% of these senior promotions have been granted to women, highlighting the company’s ongoing efforts to enhance gender diversity in leadership positions.

The company highlighted Partner Noel Hankinson’s appointment as the regional managing partner (RMP) for the North West region, with Joshua Vincent promoted as partner in accounting and business advisory services (ABAS).

In addition, eight new directors have been appointed, namely Jessica Barry, Hannah Mitchell, Caroline Morgan, Keith Porterfield (ABAS), Francesca Bailey, Jon Huggins (Corporate Finance), Louise Phillips (Value Added Tax), and Ed Cliff (Audit & Assurance).

Azets UK CEO Peter Gallanagh said: “This latest round of promotions reflects the exceptional depth of talent we have at Azets. Our people are the driving force behind our success, and it’s fantastic to see so many colleagues progressing in their careers and stepping into new leadership roles.

“As we continue to grow and support the evolving needs of our clients, investing in our people remains a priority. It’s particularly encouraging to see more women stepping into senior positions, reflecting the progress we’re making in improving diversity at leadership level in what remains a traditionally male-dominated profession.

“There’s more work to do, but this is an important step in the right direction. On behalf of everyone at Azets, I’d like to congratulate all 122 colleagues on their well-earned success.”
