The company anticipates combining further acquisitions with organic growth to increase revenues, generate cross-selling opportunities and build long-term shareholder value.
Andersen Group chairman and CEO Mark L. Vorsatz said: “These acquisitions represent exactly what we are building at Andersen – an integrated global platform of highly specialised, market-leading professional services firms.
“Each brings immediate economic value through established client relationships, proven expertise and opportunities for continued growth. Equally important, these firms are exceptional cultural fits.
“They share our commitment to independence, technical excellence, client service and long-term relationships. We are not simply acquiring revenue; we are bringing together outstanding professionals whose capabilities and shared values will strengthen Andersen for years to come.”
Andersen Group recently added two of its veteran executives to its Board of Directors.
