The company also reported that annual fee income has increased almost fourfold over seven years from around £750,000 in 2019 to £3m in 2026.

Accountants Plus expects turnover to reach £4m in 2027.

The practice was founded in 2001 as a one-person operation by senior partner Bryan Wood. It now employs more than 35 professional and support staff and serves in excess of 1,000 clients across Scotland.

The new 18,000ft² headquarters is housed in a three-storey building. Accountants Plus currently occupies the full 6,000ft² second floor, which has been fitted out as a collaborative workspace for its team.

Wood said: “This building is a milestone, not a starting point. It is a tangible marker of the progress we have made since our founding in 2001 and a clear signal of where Accountants Plus is going.

“Our growth has been driven by trusted client relationships, broadening technical capability and consistently high standards. The new headquarters gives us the space, flexibility and profile needed to continue delivering that success over the long term.”

Accountants Plus said it expects to take over the first floor as its audit team expands. The first floor is currently vacant and can be configured as four self-contained units.

On the ground floor, two units are already let. A further unit of just over 1,650ft² remains available.

Wood added: “We see this building as a destination for professional excellence. Alongside accommodating our own growth, we are pleased to offer high-quality space to businesses that share similar values and standards, creating a genuinely collaborative professional environment.”

The company provides accountancy, audit, financial information, payroll, tax and VAT systems. Tenant partners include AP Wealth, which provides independent financial advice, Robb Advisory, which offers insolvency services, and BC Technologies, which delivers IT and automation services.
