Tailored Tax Solutions was established in 2015, by its Managing Director, Dominique Pepin. The firm provides tax advice for Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean, tax compliance services, assistance with tax audits and other tax services, as well as immigration services such as, work permits and Special Entry Permits for Barbados.
Before founding Tailored, Dominique was a tax partner at Ernst & Young in Barbados and has over 15 years of experience in international tax. Her team is composed of persons with Big 4 experience, which makes Tailored Tax Solutions a unique firm in the Caribbean.
