DePaoli currently manages a substantial share of the practice’s business operations.

He has occupied upper-tier managerial posts at Andersen since 2002, having earlier worked as a tax partner with Arthur Andersen.

Coscia is responsible for supervising operations throughout the Caribbean and the eastern US.

He has taken on multiple managerial responsibilities at Andersen since 2002, including as managing director of the company’s Metro New York location.

With an industry background extending beyond 35 years, Coscia previously worked at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte.

Andersen Group said that the appointments bring operational depth and internal knowledge to a board, complemented by external expertise in capital markets, governance and business management.

It added that integrating both leaders is intended to more closely connect board-level supervision with Andersen’s primary corporate aims, including growth, business takeovers and internal expansion.

Andersen Group chairman and CEO Mark L. Vorsatz said: “Dan and Peter have been instrumental in building Andersen into the organisation it is today.

“Their deep operational experience and understanding of our business complement the considerable financial, governance and strategic expertise of our outside directors.

“As we accelerate our global expansion, their perspectives will be invaluable in helping the board better understand our growth strategy and long-term value creation.”

Last month, Andersen Global signed an agreement with Fidem Partners to strengthen its footprint in Argentina.
