RSM, which provides assurance, tax and consulting services to middle-market businesses, has integrated Audifina as a new member practice in Lithuania.
Audifina has now been renamed RSM Lithuania, extending the network’s geographical coverage, service capabilities and client offering across the Baltic region.

The practice, which offers assurance, tax and consulting services, is headed by managing partner Jolanta Ruzgienė. It employs more than 90 professionals across offices in Vilnius and Kaunas.
RSM Lithuania works with public and private-sector clients including Lithuanian-owned companies, entrepreneur-led businesses, start-ups and scale-ups, and private equity and venture capital-backed businesses.
It also works with international groups operating in or entering Lithuania.
Its sector experience includes energy, infrastructure, life sciences, logistics, manufacturing, real estate, retail and e-commerce, and technology and fintech.

RSM Lithuania joins the network after AS RSM Latvia became a member practice in May.
Across Europe, the Middle East and Africa regions, RSM reported 12% year-on-year revenue growth in 2025.
