Hurst Corporate Finance has appointed James Fieldhouse as a partner, adding further capacity to its senior deal advisory team.

Fieldhouse joins with more than two decades of experience advising business owners, corporate entities and private equity investors on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and business disposals.

He has also advised companies on management buyouts, capital raisings and strategic investments.

His focus has been on middle-market transactions across multiple sectors including business services, consumer products, healthcare, manufacturing, media and events, pharmaceuticals, and software and technology.

Prior to joining the company, Fieldhouse was a partner within BDO’s M&A practice in Manchester, UK.

He initially joined BDO in 2003, spending the majority of his tenure working in transaction advisory and advancing through the company’s ranks.
