Independent wealth management company Beta Wealth Group has established Beta Wealth Group Tax & Accounting, a certified public accountant (CPA)-led entity operating under common ownership.
Integrating tax planning, accountancy and commercial support, the newly created business broadens Beta Wealth’s reach into an area that “touches nearly every major decision clients make about their wealth”, the company said in a statement.

The CPA-led team delivers five primary service lines: tax preparation and planning; fractional chief financial officer (CFO) assistance; bookkeeping; financial statement preparation; and attest engagements.
Its fractional CFO function offers executive-level oversight across cash flow management, statutory reporting, budget allocation and strategic forecasting.
Concurrently, routine bookkeeping and financial statement preparation provide enterprise owners with clearer oversight of their financial performance.
Additionally, the company’s attest provisions include compilations, reviews and audits, offering independent assessments of financial records for credit providers, investors and other commercial stakeholders.
Subject to client authorisation, the practice collaborates directly with wealth managers and other appointed professional advisers.
The division applies specialist tax advisory across several domains including capital gains, corporate interests, estate structuring, investment portfolios, philanthropic giving, property assets and retirement drawdowns.
