Following the announcement, RCM Advisors will now operate as Kreston RCM.
The Vilnius-based company is a family run professional services practice offering accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, tax advisory and wider business advisory work.
It has built its client base by assisting owner-managed businesses and internationally active organisations.
Roughly 30% of the business’ clientele require international services, with dealings that stretch across Europe, the United Arab Emirates, Asia and the US.
Kreston Global CEO Liza Robbins said: “We are delighted to welcome RCM Advisors to the Kreston Global network as Kreston RCM.
“The firm has built an impressive reputation for delivering high-quality advice with a strong focus on long-term client relationships and professional excellence.
“Their collaborative mindset and commitment to quality make them an excellent fit for our network, and we look forward to working together to support clients across Lithuania and internationally.”
The partnership will provide Kreston RCM with a route to grow its own cross-border capabilities and contribute its expertise to the wider Kreston organisation.
Kreston RCM managing partner Aurimas Kapocius said: “Joining Kreston Global is an important milestone for our firm.
“As our clients become increasingly international, membership gives us access to trusted experts around the world while allowing us to continue delivering the personal, high-quality service our clients value.
“We were particularly attracted by Kreston’s culture of collaboration, technical excellence and shared professional values, and we look forward to contributing to the network through knowledge sharing, referrals and lasting relationships with fellow member firms.”
In June this year, Kazakhstan-based audit, tax and advisory practice SFAI Kazakhstan joined the Kreston Global network.
