According to KPMG, the collaboration responds to rising demand for digital transformation among mid-market and large enterprises in India. This includes growing requirements for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions that are AI-driven, integrated, scalable, and built with privacy considerations in mind.
KPMG in India and Zoho plan to work together across several stages of enterprise transformation, including advisory and strategy development, implementation support, and ongoing managed services.
The alliance is structured to help enterprises modernise their operations while focusing on governance, scalability, and long-term value realisation.
The two firms will adopt a multi-model approach to client engagement, comprising alliance-based collaboration, managed services delivery, and reseller arrangements, intended to provide flexibility in how solutions are delivered to clients.
KPMG in India Digital Solutions and Strategy partner Unaise Urfi said: “Our alliance with Zoho marks a significant milestone in enhancing collaboration with technology partners, reflecting KPMG in India’s focus on supporting clients as they navigate the evolving landscape of business and technology.
“By bringing together our advisory-led expertise with Zoho’s scalable cloud solutions, the collaboration is intended to help organisations explore a more integrated approach to transformation initiatives. This collaboration creates an opportunity to support enterprises in aligning technology adoption with their broader strategic objectives.
“Ultimately, the alliance underscores a commitment to leveraging complementary strengths, with the aim of helping both organisations address a broader range of transformation opportunities for clients.”
The companies have outlined several areas of focus under the alliance.
These include joint go-to-market strategy involving collaborative marketing efforts and identification of business opportunities, as well as co-selling and co-delivery.
The collaboration also covers managed services, involving integration of Zoho solutions into KPMG-led service delivery models, and reseller enablement, which combines Zoho’s services with KPMG’s consulting offerings.
Additional areas include joint marketing and promotion, along with solution development aimed at creating industry-specific and use-case-driven offerings based on market requirements.
