Baker Tilly (France) has expanded its presence in the northern part of the country through the integration of two regional companies.
The network has added Corex, an accounting practice based in Lille, and Tytgat, an accounting and advisory practice located near Valenciennes.

Together, the two businesses bring more than 70 professionals into the organisation.
As per the terms of the deal, Corex and Tytgat will continue to operate from their current locations.
Their existing leadership teams will remain in place to provide continuity for clients and staff, while drawing on the broader resources, technology and specialist skills of Baker Tilly (France).
Their arrival broadens Baker Tilly’s capabilities across accounting, legal services, human resources (HR) and social advisory work, the company said in a statement.
The combinations also reinforce its specialist support for companies operating across the French-Belgian border.
The deals are aligned with Baker Tilly (France’s) Convergence 2030 plan, which targets revenue of €400m ($461m) by 2030.

As a professional services network, Baker Tilly works across tax, advisory, assurance and legal domains.
In May this year, Baker Tilly partnered with HubSync to streamline tax delivery for middle-market clients.
Under the arrangement, Baker Tilly will roll out HubSync’s platform across its tax practice to support workflow management, document sharing, digital approvals and centralised oversight of tax engagements.
