ETL Global has expanded its presence in Spain through the incorporation of Adares ETL Global into ETL Global Spain.
Adares ETL Global, founded in 1996, has developed its client base among self-employed professionals and businesses across the province of Soria.

The company operates two offices in the provincial capital and one in the nearby town of Ólvega.
It is led by partners Agustín López, Purificación Palomar and Lourdes Ramos, supported by a team of more than 20 professionals.
Adares ETL Global focuses on tax and accounting, and also provides support in employment, legal matters, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate issues.
By joining the ETL Global Spain group, the Soria-based practice will maintain its local identity while widening the support it can offer clients through the broader network, ETL Global said in a statement.
Meanwhile, Allyon ETL, part of the ETL Global network, has finalised the set-up of its Madrid office, extending its footprint beyond its established base in Barcelona and supporting its national expansion strategy.
The office, located at 108 Príncipe de Vergara, has completed its operational and corporate integration under the Allyon ETL brand and is now fully embedded in the company’s overall structure.
The Madrid team contributes to the company’s work in tax advice and tax law, corporate law, VAT and indirect taxation, and is also home to several corporate departments.
The completion of this project marks another stage in Allyon ETL’s development following the integration of several specialist practices and the extension of its existing service areas.
Earlier this month, ETL Global moved its headquarters to the Grid in Essen, Germany.
