CLA Global, an international association of independent accounting and advisory practices, has added Spanish operators Munt Audit & Forensic and JDA to its network.
Established in 2010, Munt Audit & Forensic focuses on audit, economic and financial forensic work. The company also offers business valuation and financial advisory services.

The company has offices in Barcelona and Madrid.

JDA, founded in 1982, provides advice to companies, entrepreneurs and family owned groups.
The company employs more than 150 professionals across four offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Granollers (its headquarters) and Sabadel.
CLA Global said both businesses will gradually move to the CLA Global branding and in time operate under the name CLA Spain.
Together, the companies have more than 175 staff and 11 partner-level leaders across five offices, according to CLA Global.
They work with clients in agriculture, consumer products, education, energy and natural resources, financial services, fintech, and government and the public sector.
The companies also serve hospitality and leisure, manufacturing and distribution, media and entertainment, not-for-profit (charities), professional services, real estate and construction, retail, technology and telecommunications.
