The hire follows the appointment of Ben Hick, who joined Azets’ corporate finance team in Leeds in January.
Azets’ UK corporate finance team advised on 124 disclosed deals in 2025, with an even split between buy-side and sell-side mandates.
The scope of the company’s corporate finance services includes M&A advisory, capital raising and transaction services.
In the North East, the team operates from offices in Newcastle and Teesside.
