In her new position, Radcliffe will advise clients on strategic matters and help them manage accounting and wider business issues. She will also concentrate on increasing the adoption of cloud accounting tools, with the aim of improving efficiency and giving clients access to real-time financial data.

Her role will also include helping develop the Bury office, mentoring team members and supporting capability building as the team expands.

Radcliffe joins PM+M from Saffery and previously spent seven years with KJG, which is now part of Xeinadin.

Her work has focused on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, owner-managed companies and larger organisations.

She brings experience in both UK Generally Accepted Accounting Practice and International Financial Reporting Standards.

Radcliffe will work closely with PM+M partner Judith Dugdale and the wider accounting + advisory team.

Commenting on her appointment, Radcliffe said: “A key factor in my decision to join PM+M was its independence and clear commitment to maintaining that position.

“Being independent allows the team to provide genuinely objective, client-focused advice, which strongly aligns with my own professional values.

“I was also drawn to the firm’s collaborative culture and its strong reputation for delivering high-quality work.”

Dugdale said: “We are delighted to welcome Charlotte to the team. She is a highly respected professional who has built an outstanding reputation throughout her career.

“As part of the senior leadership team in Bury, Charlotte will also help strengthen our links in the town and the wider Greater Manchester business community.”
