HaysMac, a UK-based chartered accountancy and tax advisory practice, has appointed Phil Clayton as a partner in its private client tax team.
Clayton advises entrepreneurs, business owners, management teams and high-profile individuals across the business life cycle.

In his new role at HaysMac, Clayton will concentrate on tax advice for complex transactions, including support for growth strategies, exits and succession.
He will also be involved in developing estate and personal tax planning approaches, while helping to mentor and progress tax advisory colleagues within the company.

Clayton’s appointment follows HaysMac’s recent purchase of Moore DM’s US Tax team, expanding its international tax compliance and cross-border support for private clients.
