PIA Group, an international accountancy, advisory and audit network, has further extended its presence in Belgium and Luxembourg (BeLux) through the takeover of five additional companies.
In the Dutch-speaking region, the group has added Accofisc and Warfid, both situated in West Flanders, alongside DSM Consulting, which operates out of Lier.

Its position in the French-speaking market is being reinforced through the integration of the trio PME Assistance/DCA/DTAX, with sites in Grimbergen and Luxembourg City, as well as Fiduciaire Renson, based in Verlaine in the Liège province.
With these latest additions, PIA Group now has 52 brands across the BeLux region, collectively operating from 92 offices. On an international scale, the group reported consolidated turnover of €440m ($515m) in 2025.
Commenting on the acquisitions, PIA founder Steven Brouckaert said: “Their entry into PIA Group confirms that in Belgium there are still excellent firms looking for high-quality support in our rapidly evolving sector.”
The organisation stated that the five incoming practices differ in character and joined for varying reasons.

Brouckaert added: “The growth of these firms is based on their own DNA, with their own vision and approach that resonates with both their clients and staff. We would be foolish to discard that.”
PIA Group BeLux CEO Nathalie Calle added: “At PIA Group we call this the best of both worlds.
“The support from PIA Group gives our offices more room to provide their clients with a deeper and broader spectrum of services.”
The group has also signalled that it is exploring opportunities outside its current territories of Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
