The firm, led by Patrick Lakerveld, employs a team of over 33 professionals across its offices in Alkmaar, IJmuiden, and Purmerend.

The Real Estate Group is set to offer guidance in investment planning, financing, construction, portfolio management, and transactions.
Its services will include tax due diligence, VAT, transfer tax, inheritance and gift tax advisory, legal support for property acquisitions, and customised corporate structuring for real estate entities.
The group will be led by MDDP Poland partner Katarzyna Kozakowska and Pelka und Sozien Germany partner Alexander Krämer.
