Cabrillo Advisors, known for its expertise in valuation and financial advisory, has become a member of the Crete Professionals Alliance (CPA), a network of accounting and advisory firms.  

The integration is expected to augment the service offerings of Cabrillo Advisors while preserving its brand and leadership, the company said in a statement.  

The Crete network, with its presence across the nation through more than 20 firms, offers a spectrum of services including taxation, auditing, and bookkeeping.

In addition, the firm provides valuations related to stock options, adhering to IRC 409A and ASC 718, and offers advisory for trust and estate planning, including the valuation of carried interests and gifts.  

Cabrillo Advisors also delivers fairness opinions in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and financing deals. 

Joining the CPA grants Cabrillo Advisors’ clientele access to a broader network of firms and support services across multiple disciplines, including human resources, finance, legal, and information technology.  

The use of AI-driven tools and automated solutions is also a feature of the alliance, aimed at improving client outcomes.
