MGI Worldwide, a global network of independent audit, tax, and accounting firms, has expanded its North American portfolio with the addition of Boston-based firm LMHS.

This move is aimed at tapping global connections and strengthening the network’s capabilities within the region.

Founded in October 1987, LMHS has evolved from a small team to a firm with 34 employees. With its East Coast headquarters in Norwell, Massachusetts and its West Coast office in Westlake Village, California, it has established a client base throughout the US.

MGI Worldwide has more than 8,800 professionals, accountants, and tax experts in approximately 440 locations across almost 100 countries.

Regarding the rationale to join MGI Worldwide, LMHS managing partner Bryan Morrissey said: “Joining this network will allow us to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage global insights while preserving the personalised, hands-on service that has been the cornerstone of our firm’s success.”
