Boutique accounting advisory firm DLA has promoted key team members across various departments.

These promotions are effective from January 2025.

The Operations Team sees Danielle Dietrich promoted to Human Resources Business Partner.

Dietrich has been with DLA for more than seven years and has become a strategic partner to firm leaders. She has expertise in employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and performance management, among other areas.

In the Internal Audit Team, DLA promoted Braedon Brenna to senior internal auditor.

Having started as an intern, Brenna will continue to enhance the firm’s internal audit capabilities.

Urvi Gangar has been promoted to manager, with a specialised focus on IT audit.

As a key member of the Internal Audit team, Gangar has technical expertise and leadership in managing engagements.

Emmanuil Vinarov, also promoted to the role of manager, has expertise in Real Estate Investment Trusts, both in SOX and Internal Audit.

On the accounting advisory team, Rich Barnett has been promoted to the role of senior manager.

Barnett, with technical expertise and client-focused approach, will continue to contribute to the firm’s growth.

Nicole Buonopane, who has technical expertise, has been promoted to senior manager.

In December 2024, DLA appointed Matt Noffke as a managing director in the Internal Audit group.

DLA is engaged in providing services that covers internal audit and risk advisory, IT advisory, technical and outsourced accounting, as well as forensic accounting, valuation, and litigation support.
